We went to see Peppa Pig's Big Splash which was fantastic & good audience participation to make the children more involved.
Good facilities, clean & tidy. Comfortable seats (booster cushions available) with great views of the stage. Cafe & souvenirs x

For children's shows this theatre is perfect, been lucky enough to take mine to a couple, and it has thrilled them, however the following merchandise is obscenely priced (£8 toy, £2.50 ice cream, £6 balloon the list goes on) but the kids have a great times and the sell tickets fairly for these shows at a good cost per ticket (usually around £20).

I've seen a few adult shows there now (dirty dancing, rocky horror) one of which was a very interactive show but we were pre warned to now use props, not very fun, and the other cost over £60 per ticket for a "good" seat on the circle from which we could neither see nor here.

Despite these, I would recommend the theatre itself, it is beautiful and always has something going on, and is a good family attraction.

Excellent theatre with very good views, comfortable seats and sound system/acoustics. We saw Fascinating Aida on a Tuesday and then next night Eric Morecombe. Both enjoyable. Plenty of toilets and efficient refreshments staff during the intervals. We had a long walk back to our hotel as there is no local car parking and no taxi rank , that we could find.
