If you are looking for a sandwich or cafe with light meals and cakes then this is OK. Clean and decent outside area if the weather is good. A little overpriced.

Sent back a order, manager rude and unhelpful, proceeding to tell everyone who came in how there was nothing wrong, including other customers will not visit again if that is how a manager treats their customers.

Stopped of for a light lunch on a cold November day. The setting in the centre of Canterbury around an upstairs courtyard, is very pleasant.

We had a fresh baguette with smoked salmon and prawns and it was very fresh and tasty. The staff also listened to our requests for coffee the way we like it Italian style (not the huge cups of watery liquid that seem to be the UK norm)

Good value, pleasant staff and environment

Have eaten at Morelli's a number of times, usually just popping in for a bite to eat over lunch etc. Always found the service to be good, clean and tidy eating area (including outside) and a nice choice of light meals and drinks. Prices are usual Canterbury average so not the cheapest but not too expensive either. Never had a bad experience yet so worth a visit if you have a spare hour and are feeling peckish

If you fancy the icecream they serve at Fortnum and Masons of London here is the easiest place to try it. Locally made all fresh ingredients and delicious on a hot or a cold day with a fresh cappuchino.
