The house is clean & has everything required for a week's stay in Canterbury. The owner, Rudra, even provided bread, milk, cereal, fruit, tea & coffee saving us having to find a supermarket on arrival. The house is situated in a quiet residential street with no parking space of its own but there was no problem with finding a place to park our car outside. Our family group comprised 4 adults & a 15 year old so we were very glad to have the 2 bathrooms. The house is only a 20 min. walk to the town centre (there is also a bus which stops just around the corner) & just over the roundabout is a hotel which does an excellent carvery for those who don't wish to cook themselves. With the motorway not far away it was no problem to take trips to locations further afield such as Leeds Castle & Dover Castle & just outside of Canterbury itself there are 2 animal parks.
The house was clean, we loved staying here and the owner Rudra was very kind to supply us with two loaves of bread, milk and the fruit. We should have stayed some more nights at Rudra's house in Canterbury. But our schedule was quite tight, but we enjoyed a very comfortable night here. We drove to the center and parked near the public parking lot and walked around the high street and visited the cathedral, for shopping we used Sainsbury about 10 minutes away by car. By the way there is a playground and grass park near the house where my son played. I recommend!
