You always know what to expect at Prezzo, the food is good value and very edible. It seems to me though that as time goes on the wait staff at prezzo get worse. They don't smile, their English is poor and they give the general impression that they have better things to do. Also, why can't restaurants teach their staff to serve drinks proparly? It is not acceptable to pass a glass or cup to a customer holding it by the rim, in fact it is pretty disgusting and a health issue. Basic customer service training would be of great benefit to the branch.

You know what you are going to get at Prezzo and this restaurant does not disappoint. All the usual Italian food, the pizzas are great. I have always had good service and food here. The downside is it is in the middle of Canterbury and so you cannot park nearby if coming by car.

Good food at a reasonable price. We ate early so got s table straight away. Good atmospher and the servic was good. The building the restaurant is in was beautiful.

Seven of us went for a meal on Saturday and we were very impressed with both the service and the food. We were placed on a round table which was good for us being able to talk. Enjoyed our visit very much.

I have visited Prezzo on a few occasions, once arriving to find that the restaurant had no details of my booking and no tables free. However, on the occasions that I have dined in Prezzo, I have found the food to be fresh and served perfectly but the service is very slow.
The restaurant has always been very busy when I have dined there, either at lunchtime or evening, so maybe they need more waiting staff to make their diners feel that their needs are being met.
