You always know what to expect at Prezzo, the food is good value and very edible. It seems to me though that as time goes on the wait staff at prezzo get worse. They don't smile, their English is poor and they give the general impression that they have better things to do. Also, why can't restaurants teach their staff to serve drinks proparly? It is not acceptable to pass a glass or cup to a customer holding it by the rim, in fact it is pretty disgusting and a health issue. Basic customer service training would be of great benefit to the branch.
