We booked a quiet weekend away to celebrate Jan's birthday. We received a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble to make us feel at home. Their attention to detail is tremendous and with Nicola hors de combat with a broken ankle Jeffrey proved himself well able to cope with everything.

The B&B is well presented and we had no complaints about the room and facilities which were well presented very comfortable.

Jeffrey and Nicola were able to provide helpful advice for most of our planned outings to make the best use of our time.

Phil & Jan

Room Tip: We only saw the one room but would have no hesitation to recommend any.

Having stayed with Nicola and Jeffrey last year, we knew what to expect and were not in the least disappointed: a comfortable bedroom, delicious breakfasts and the attentive service of our friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Little Acre is set in beautifully rural Herefordshire, but within easy reach of Ledbury, Hereford, The Malverns and Ross-on-Wye. Jeffrey willingly booked the venues we had chosen for our evening meals and offered lots of other useful information about places to visit and special events. A thoroughly enjoyable mini-break in a B & B we would happily visit again.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 night stay at this 5* B&B. We were very warmly welcomed, firstly by Jeffrey who came out to assist in carrying our bag in and then showed us to our room (Room 1) which was stunning. Secondly, Nicola then came up and showed us the features of the room including touch sensitive lights & mirror in the bathroom. The room had the tea & coffee tray however this also included bottled water, biscuits, Lindt choccies and fresh milk every evening. We were then offered tea in the breakfast room which was accompanied by a freshly made fruit cake - Yummy! Like the other reviewers, the breakfast is certainly worth waking up for and clearly shows Nicola's love of cooking & baking. The locally produced Apple Juice is very tasty along with the homemade preserves and cherries - the latter going great with the porridge and pancakes! N&J's knowledge of the local area is second to none and they were more than happy to advise/suggest places to visit, eat and park for FREE. They also kindly booked a table for the Friday night for us as we were out all day. The breakfast room had a sofa and tv along with a laptop with free WiFi for use by the guests so you could check the weather, opening times, local attractions etc etc.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for N&J and yet not in an overpowering manner - they just wanted to ensure that their guests had a Perfect Stay.
I would have no hesitation in staying here again in any of the 3 rooms and have recommended the B&B already to friends and family.
We hope to return again soon............

Room Tip: Take your pick - all 3 of a very high standard. Room 1 has a bath whereas 2 & 3 a shower.

We had a fabulous few days in this truly lovely 5* B&B. Jeffrey and Nicola's warm welcome with tea and homemade cakes began our two day stay. Our rooms were amazing and had some lovely touches including Lindor chocolates (replenished daily) and fresh milk for a good selection of drinks. The comfy guest lounge provided a tv and use of a laptop if needed. The breakfast was exceptional and really delicious - we can highly recommend the buttermilk and apple pancakes. Such a pretty and tranquil spot - we will remember an hour spent sipping tea in the warm February sunshine with just birdsong and the babble of the brook running through the garden as our backdrop.

Whilst visiting friends who have recently moved to Herefordshire, my Mother and I stayed at Little Acre. Their certificate of Excellence with Trip Advisor is most genuinely deserved.
Seldom have we come across such attention to detail. The rooms were simply spotless and everything you could possibly wish for was available.
Breakfast was superb, with homemade preserves and local produce - the apple juice from a nearby farm is just delicious.
Lovely stay, lovely breakfast but most of all a lovely welcome! Thank you Nicola and Jeffrey.

My partner and I arrived after two nights camping and so wanted a little bit of luxury, and luxury is what we got - right down to lindor (my favourite) chocolates in the rooms.

We stayed in Room 1 which was beautiful and the bath was amazing with a lovely view of rolling countryside! The toiletries were gorgeous and the little bag of forgotten toiletries was really a first. I had ran out of face wipes whilst camping and to find make up remover pads in the bathroom was a nice helpful surprise!!

Nicola & Jeffrey made the stay even more enjoyable, making a reservation for us one evening and giving us tips for takeaway on the second night - they even set up the dining room table with wine glasses for us and popped the plates in the oven for us whilst we went to pick up our pizza. Could not have asked for more attentive hosts!

The breakfast was lovely, delicious full English breakfast and the best porridge we've ever tasted! Also, thumbs up for the fresh apple juice supplied by a very nearby farm.

We are definitely going to visit again, this B&B is a must-see, must-stay! Must make full use of Weston's Cider next time though as it is practically next door!

Thank you Nicola and Jeffrey for making us so welcome and comfortable during our stay. Not only was the B&B 5*, the service was 5*. On arrival Nicola had baked some delicious cakes and Jeffrey kindly booked us into dinner at the local "Moody Cow" (which was also 5*). The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and the view from toilet/bath awesome. Breakfast was delicious and sourced from local farms/orchards - it certainly is the attention to detail which sets this B&B apart from others!

Room Tip: Room 1 - upstairs with large bed and bath Room 2 - upstairs with large bed and shower Room 3 - dow...
