Lovely restaurant with great service and food every time!! Also with a voucher it is very reasonably priced

I love Italian food however you may dissapointed here. I used to enjoy the food and service at Ask Italian however over the last year it has fallen dramatically, some of its best dishes have been removed and replaced with mediocre food, the portions are now smaller however the prices have been kept the same and you may have a longer than wanted wait. For the price you pay it is not worth it.

A lovely evening! Service was superb and the food was fresh, hot and delicious! We will definitely be visiting here again :-)

Had an early evening meal at ASK on a Saturday night in June 2014. I hadn't been in here for quite a few years and it has had a refurbishment. I've also not been in any of the other ASK restaurants so don't know if this is standard decor but it is certainly bright and welcoming.

It is just one large square room which was very very noisy which certainly not pleasant. Probably the place for a party but certainly not the place for a couple who want to chat.

Table was booked and initial service was fair but after the initial 'Is everything OK ?' question after the food had arrived we never saw a member of staff again. We even had to hang around the till waiting to pay. No-one checked to see if we wanted any more drinks or a desert.

Food was tasty but I suspect microwaved as everything was so hot including the bowls.

Like any bland chain you know what you can expect. OK but not memorable. I'll probably try elsewhere next time I want to eat out in Hereford.

Some friends of ours visited and we decided to eat at our local Ask. We hadn't done so before because of our preconceived ideas. In fact it was a very enjoyable experience. There was a good choice of vegetarian dishes and the staff were very patient and friendly as they explained the possibilities to us. We had both starters and a main course both of which were excellent and clearly cooked from scratch on the premises.
