Three of us stayed at the Premier Inn Hereford to attend a wedding the following day (Saturday) The place had a buzz about it as it was Friday late afternoon/early evening and a lot of people were checking in and off too the Beefeater across the carpark.Reception will book a table in the Beefeater for you,I would suggest booking early as they get very busy,we left it a little late, but no worries because we don't have children. The receptionist came to our room to tell us our booked time.
The room is the norm for a Premier.I think they are all family rooms, we had a room at the back and one at the front. Our front one was a little traffic noisy as the window had to be open because we were so hot.Generally clean and tidy, bath and shower.
Short on coffee and milk, but the charming receptionist sorted me out with extra.Kenco coffee tubes, not my favourite but heh!
I guess because there were so many people staying here for various functions about the place that it would be unlikely to get any "real deals" although we had no complaints about our two night charges.
We would stay here again without question. The three different receptionist we saw and spoke to were faultless, all smiles and friendly chat, you can struggle to get that in some MUCH pricer hotels!! Room staff also appeared smiley and friendly.
Well done Hereford Premier Inn.
PS The wedding was fab as well.

Room Tip: There is no lift in the hotel.

Ground floor room on road side but quiet. Big bed too hard and no reading spotlights on either side. Small bathroom, fixed shower head in the bath quite high and no separate grab handle. Entry by proper key - preferable to card system.
Beefeater next door always busy - need to book dinner in advance. Frustrating breakfast arrangement means you must have either cooked or continental - inflexible if you like a mix of both e.g a boiled egg or scrambled egg on toast.All-in-one buffet style is much better. The Continental breakfast was mostly processed bread . Poor quality coffee. However porridge and fruit juices were good. Fresh food was all uncovered - should either be in containers or with a napkin over it to stop flies.
Staff mostly helpful and efficient with a good attitude.
Good value as usual - just not quite as good as other Premier Inns we have stayed in.

We have three young children, so don't need a bar, restaurant, sauna and so on, as we would not be able to use them. All we needed was a clean room with enough beds for us all, and a good night's sleep, and that is what we got.
We booked in advance for three nights, so had a special rate of £29 per night, the room was furnished with a big double bed, two sofa beds and a cot for our youngest.
We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, and patient with my children who wanted to tell them about the adventure we had that day! Even the housekeepers smiled and said good morning.

If we visit the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Room Tip: If you are not used to traffic noise, then perhaps it is an idea to ask for a room on the other side...

Stayed for a few nights, know what to expect when i book the room. Toilets are not spotlessly clean, so as the room. If you stay in the room after 10am they probably skip and won't tidy your room. Staff are not well trained and not friendly, especially if you can't speak reasonably good English. Price per night is expansive compared to proper hotel in town where breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor are better if you have a lot of baggage as they don't have a lift.

We spent 2 nights here and had a comfortable stay. There was a sheet to use instead of a duvet if it was too hot and that was a really good idea as we made use of it. Clean room and surroundings and pleasant staff.

We got a bargain room at £29
I think. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was Clean and shower worked perfectly...No customer interaction or service but you get what you pay for and at that price you can't complain!

Walked into room and a strong smell of what we thought was horse hit us but was probably dog. Room looked clean and we had a child desperate for a bed with.

Then breakfast egg was like a bullet yet the crispy bacon had to be sent back and still came back not crispy. Hash browns floppy and greasy. Not a good start to the day.
