We enjoyed a two night stay here in March and felt cosy and loved even though the property is on a main road. It was an easy walk into town and we did n't need to take the car. Number 21 was spotlessly clean and warm and the breakfast on offer was huge. Decor of the bedroom was traditional but not overwhelming and the owner was friendly and very helpful, though not obtrusive. Altogether a most welcoming safe place to stay in Hereford and recommended heartily

My wife and I have stayed at N0.21 on at lease 4 occasions now and felt it was time to write a review......

This B&B is undoubtedly a great place to stay as it is excellently presented and great value for money. It is conveniently located to the town centre and our room (Room 1) is warm, spacious, very clean and very comfortable with it own spacious wet room with everything provided.

Jane and Sam are amazing and fantastic hosts, who work tirelessly to accommodate there guest in anyway possible. They are always very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

At breakfast time there is plenty on offer and the full English breakfast is awesomely delicious. Highly recommended!

With out a doubt, we will return in the near future!

Nick & Nicky

This is the second time I've stayed at this charming B&B and you really can't fault it. The owners bend over backwards to be helpful; the rooms are clean and beds comfortable; breakfast was delicious; the location is perfect and the price of the room is good value for money.

I stayed in Hereford on average 3-4 nights a week for 7 months. Never needed to look any further than 2 B&Bs - of which No. 21 is one. No. 21 has a spacious uncluttered feel, light and roomy, with every comfort and convenience catered for. The accomodation is superb and the fact co-host Ken is a builder shows in the quality of the bathrooms, fixtures and fittings. Everything is pristine and up-to-date. For long-term customers like me, giving a small discount for having just toast and cereal instead of a cooked breakfast every morning made me feel I was getting something back as a loyal customer. Having access to a guests' microwave in the dining room also gave me the flexibility not to have to eat out every night, which over 7 months does nothing for the waistline, trust me! Jane was the perfect host, friendly and down-to-earth, with everything under control at all times. Great value for money too and knocks spots of so-called AA 5 star competitors in the town who charge more for a less personal and less comfortable service. For anyone visiting Hereford as a one-off or an short break, it is 5 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from the town. Particularly convenient for anyone working at the hospital, again, 5 minutes walk away.

We stayed for a couple of nights and were very impressed. The bedroom was a great size and was comfortably furnished. Jane was very welcoming and the service was discreet and professional. I think it is a lovely idea to have fresh milk available in a fridge in the hall so you can make a decent cup of tea! We would certainly stay again if we visit Hereford in the future.
