I visited here for the first time with a couple of friends yesterday and will definitely be coming back. We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff who really know their stuff when it comes to wine and coffee. The shop smelt of freshly baking bread and felt very relaxed and cosy. We decided to go for the baked camembert and charcuterie board, which was fantastic. We also went for the pinotage which was stunning- we actually had 2 bottles it was that good!! We all thoroughly enjoyed the No.4 experience and will definitely be coming back- simply fantastic. Cant wait to visit again soon. Thank you.

Hunted down because of tripadvisor reviews and have to say that I was very impressed! Really lovely environment with sofas and individual decor. Had a chicken and bacon sandwich and it was deliscious, you can tell everything is fresh. Table service to top it off, I'd definitely return!

Really great little find. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Delicious food! We went for a coffee and sandwich as a treat for our daughter who is at university. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and it was very reasonable. We fancied the cocktails but decided it was too early in the day!!!

This area of Southampton was badly in need of a better quality sandwich bar - and now we have it. The staff are friendly, particularly the owners Dougie and Anna, who really have worked hard to make this a success. The bad is fresh every day, with the fillings made while you wait. Evenings Wednesday to Saturday are great for a glass of wine and some tapas type food. Great atmosphere, particularly jazz and quiz nights, but also just for a brief aperitif before dinner at Oxford Street. Well done!
