“Fantastic!”

This Premier Inn is quite new, the team here certainly made us feel welcome.
The self service check is easy and quick, my room was spotless, the bed superb and now with added padding on the bathroom floor making the bathroom feel more cosy and warm.

The bar staff were great and breakfast tasty and plentiful.

The hotel is right in the heart of Southampton next to the West Quay shopping mall with John Lewis and Marks & Spencer + a host of great stores. Ikea is round the corner and its right by the port for cruise passengers. All round Hit!

Stayed 1 night on a weekend for business. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Multi Storey Car Park adjacent to the Hotel and being in the centre of Southampton, the choice of Restaurants and shopping opportunities were very good. Room was a Standard Premier Inn design and cleanliness was good. Would stay here again.

Stayed for one night before a cruise. Check in was easy and I was offered assistance at the self service machine. Room nice, bathroom clean and bed comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, we bought the £22 meal deal which included a 3 course dinner, drink and breakfast next morning, this was fantastic. Although busy the restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. I asked for a taxi to be booked for the next morning and it arrived just as requested. A perfect stay, dinner bed and breakfast for two cost us £73! (£29 room £22 x 2 food) fantastic value. I would stay there again and recommend to others

Travelling on business I arrived at 00:15 and we met by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a good size, clean (although there was a damp musty smell in my bathroom) and had the standard Premier Inn facilities.
It would appear to be a newish hotel. The breakfast was buffet style rather than order as is the way in some PI's.
All staff were friendly and very helpful.
They have an arrangment with a local car park that was locked at night, but there is an open council carpark across the road that is free during the week between 6pm and 8am!
All in all, although I was there for business, I'd be happy to take my family there.

Recently stayed here for one night and it was a fantastic stay.

Check-in was quick and easy- the self service machines are very easy to use. The rooms are big, comfy and clean.

Location is great and very close to the town centre, ferry terminal and train station.

Would definitely stay again.

My fiancé and I stayed here to watch the football at St Mary's. The location was perfect - just a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the ground and five minutes from the main town centre with a huge choice of shops and restaurants. We'd never stayed at a Premier Inn before but definitely would again. The staff were really friendly (especially Aggie who greeted us on arrival and was fantastically helpful) and the room was huge and very clean. The bed was very comfy.

There is a lovely restaurant at the hotel and we ate there the second night - there were some fantastic offers, including one that gave us free breakfast the following morning.

To top it all off, the station is just a five to ten minute walk away. We would definitely stay again.
