We stayed for a couple of nights, we had booked in advance and got the room for a reasonable price. On arrival the receptionist informed us that the rooms were very warm however there was a fan in the room and the curtains had been drawn to block out the sun..... she was not wrong the room was extremely hot and all the fan did was blow the hot air around the room. The room was clean and tidy and plenty big enough for the three of us. There was not enough tea and coffee in the room so we had to go to reception to request more.
The hotel is a short walk to the city centre. There are many homeless people in Southampton, we were approached on numerous occasions by people begging for money.More
