Needed a city centre hotel which wasn't going to break the bank. This one had everything I needed but ticked all the minimum standards..Parking was a bonus (additional charge). Room was small with a lovely view of a multistory car park. Bed just about fitted in the room and was on castors to allow the wardrobe to be opened.
Relatively clean and close enough to decent bars and restaraunts that one wouldn't need to stay too long in the Star.
Can't comment on the breakfast as the additional charge, even though I had booked it, wasn't worth paying.
Tried checking in at 2pm and this was too early, so when I did check in at 11pm only the poorest rooms where available..More
