Mr Kuti is one cool guy, and his personal classy touch shines through thus restaurant, I am told his family trade is that of decorating , and this shines through the brilliance of this restaurants interior. The food and service are excellent, and I hope this place goes to no. 1. We here stories of how Mr Kuti has changed and benefited the lives of so many of his countrymen and that of local Southampton people. He deserves all the success in the world I truely hope God grants him this.

We organised a meal for over 80 guests which took place last Sunday (27 October). The organisation (over several months) had been seemless thanks to helpful, courteous staff who made everything so easy and pleasant.
We enjoyed a splendid meal which was freshly-cooked, piping hot and delicious with everyone served their food in good time. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone agreed the meal was wonderful.
This was the culmination of a very special weekend in honour of WWII veterans who had survived Far East captivity and who had returned to Southampton in late 1945. Up to 14 veterans, all now in their 90s, travelled to the city for the unveilling of a new memorial, in Town Quay Park, French Street (just across the road).
Thank you Kuti's, you did us proud!

A small group of us (all adults) went for a birthday dinner. The food was superb and the service second to none. We were a little concerned about previous comments on Tripadvisor but during our evening these fears proved to be groundless. It was an excellent evening and the staff very friendly. Well recommended.

Ate here on Tuesday night on a walk in basis and we were not disappointed. We got the usual Thai friendly welcome. The buffet was on and opted for this and thought it was good quality.
A good choice of salads and starters, plus a range of rices, noodles and meat dishes. There was also a tofu dish. The only complaint I have is the dishes were a bit mild, but I guess they cater for the majority. The food was all hot and looked fresh and tasty.
Desserts were basic but this is expected.
The building is lovely and very well decorated inside. Service was good. Reasonable range of drinks. Total for 2 buffets, juice and 2 beers £41, so reasonable.
Would recommend again.
There is an area where you can have drinks prior to entering restuarant.

One of my all-time favourite Thai restaurants.. Papaya Salad & Tom Yam Soup to die for! Not a big fan of the buffett but a la carte has lots of variety and options... The staff is very friendly and always ready to accomodate requests.

Costs a bit on the higher side but you get a great location, view and a restaurant-like feel and service, rather than a conveyor belt cafe or pizza place!
