I have been meaning to write this for a couple of months so it's a bit late. Anyway, we have been going to Strada in Gunwharf since it changed from Tallulah's years ago. We love the food, especially the Gamberoni prawns which are my favourite. We have also visited the Strada at St Catherine's Dock in London too which was brilliant. We booked a table at Gunwharf to eat after the fireworks display last November. We were shown to our table and that was it. No-one asked if we wanted a drink and we felt invisible. Another table which had a different allocated waitress, were served their drinks and their orders were taken. We were still ignored. Eventually, someone realised we hadn't been served and asked us if we wanted a drink. When the wine arrived (which wasn't cheap), the waiter proceeded to knock the bottle off the tray and it went all over my husband. I'd had enough by then and decided to spend our money somewhere that wanted our business so we left and went somewhere else. We both felt very disappointed as we really love the food at Strada and were really looking forward to it. We will return in the future some time and hopefully the service will have improved.
