Stayed here with my brother and his partner for the America's Cup World Series.
We had a great stay, the apartment has everything you could wish for in terms of equipment and amenities. It was also spotlessly clean, had great views and was in easy walking distance of the sailing action. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Portsmouth.
But I am saving the best until last because I want to say thank you so much to Lou who was fantastic! She arrived to give us the keys exactly on time, was really helpful, and had kitted us out with tea, coffee, milk, bread - and wine! This was completely unexpected but also very welcome as it meant we didn't have to go shopping immediately. Lou was also really helpful about parking and local amenities, which enabled us to get settled in really quickly.
In addition, like an idiot I forgot a couple of items of clothing in the wardrobe - which she found after I had returned to Manchester. Lou parcelled them up and returned them to me - for which I am extremely grateful - she definitely went above and beyond the call of duty!
We will definitely be back when Sir Ben Ainslie gets to defend the America's Cup in Portsmouth!

Stayed here during the Americas cup world series, which was a 10 minute walk away, with my partner and his sister. We were welcomed by Lou, who was brilliant, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She gave us our instructions and left, advising us to ring her if we needed anything.
The apartment was absolutely spotless, with bread, butter, wine and coffee supplied on arrival. The bed is kingsize and very comfortable. It overlooked the seafront and pier, which given the gorgeous weather we had was lovely.
If I had to give a negative - the only thing I can think of is there aren't many pubs around. This was solved by a short taxi ride inland a bit, costing about £4. Taxis are everywhere, so not really a big problem.
All in all, a fantastic stay and thanks to Lou, who explained everything well, a smooth stay.

A wonderful apartment, very comfortable and extremely clean. The owner even left us bread, milk, butter, cheese and (most importantly) wine in the fridge so we didn't need to go shopping as soon as we arrived. Tea, coffee and sugar were also provided and this made a lovely touch, a cup of tea as you unpack is encouraging. My son who was 8 at the time, described it as his 'best ever hotel and holiday'. The beach is close by, as is the hovercraft, town centre and historic dockyard, all within walking distance. The owners provided us with more than enough parking discs for our stay which saved us a fortune in car park charges. Every time I emailed, texted or called them, there was a very prompt response. The beds were very comfortable, there was wi-fi and a lovely (if sideways) view of the sea.
The week we spent there was wonderful, and we hope to return for 2 weeks this year!

We have just spent a week in this property and I cannot rate it highly enough.
It was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. There was everything you needed for your stay. It is in an excellent location well within easy walking distance of shops, museums, beach etc.
There is a very good bus service about a minutes walk away which goes down to Historic Portsmouth / Gunwharf Quays.
I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks in April and overall had a good experience. The flat is like any of its era, practical and functional with all the necessary amenities to accommodate a group with children, Communication from the host was always prompt, courteous and professional. The bed in the master bedroom was especially comfortable. Our kids adopted the flat as 'our house' which was a relief as they felt right at home.
The flat is in a great location generally BUT be aware that if you have small children the main road is busy and fast moving at times (although the limit is 30MPH) and loading kids into car seats felt perilous on occasion.
As with most of Southsea, parking can be a bit challenging and is rarely free - if you arrive late in the evening then expect to park on a side street. The host did provide 12 hour parking passes for parking on side streets but as we were travelling with kids we elected to park on the main road and feed the meter until the morning most days (parking was free after 6pm until 8am during our stay and you can pay for a couple of hours the next morning in advance which was useful - if you are not from the UK be aware the meters do not accept non-UK credit cards so change is required)
Overall the accommodation provided a nice facility for good value with the added plus of room for kids to relax without being confined to a hotel room. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at Seaview during the latest Bank Holiday weekend. Lou, who manages the rental met us at the location and was very helpful with information on the apartment and the area.
The apartment is listed as accommodating six, due to the sofa bed, but in reality, this is more comfortable for four. We are five and had one of our daughters sleep on the sofa bed. She found it extremely hard.
There is one TV in the unit, in the living area. It is quite small, smaller than our PC monitor at home. I recommend getting a larger TV and maybe moving the smaller one into the bedroom.
All in all, we enjoyed the apartment. It is a great location, it was clean, and it served our needs.
