This is a pub which time has passed by which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's a locals hideaway who reluctantly had to stop smoking but decided to keep the nicotine coloured decor and tatty furniture. But, the important things from my point of view are that the staff and locals are welcoming and the beer is excellent. If you like this , you will also like the Hole in The Wall round the corner.
