I highly recommend anyone to go and visit this fantastic attraction. It is great for families with young children. You can visit the Farm and see all the animals and then walk across the road to visit the large park with a lake. Great to go with a picnic on a sunny day. Would also recommend for anyone really...young and old! There is a wooden play area for children which we thought was brilliant. Lots of picnic tables scattered around and woods to play in. Only wish we had discovered this amazing park a long time ago. Very good value for money when you visit the Farm where there is a shop and you can also buy lots of plants. Just can not say enough good things about this park and Farm and I promise you can easily spend all day here and nearly get locked inside :-) Just need to add that there is an entrance fee to the Farm but the park is free.

We visited Staunton Park for the first time recently and I was amazed that I haven't found this beautiful park before. For a day out with family and friends it is perfect as there are large areas for picnics and games and plenty of good climbing trees for kids. There is a beautiful lake and the grounds are enormous. We had so much fun that we forgot the car park closed at 5 pm and we nearly got locked inside. whoops!

we visited on a dry and warm day, so saw the farm at its best, we had a really lovely morning, my little boy who isn't usually terribly keen on walking, was tottering about very happily as there is so much to see and do. Animals semed happy and healthy and well cared for, gunea pig run looked very clean, which from experience at other farms is often sadly not the case!
Further away from the main hub the fencing in the horses field could do with a little attention and some of the planting looked like a work in progress, but generally semed like there were enough people keeping it all running like clockwork.
We shall be going back and have arrnaged to meet friends, so would recommend to others with young children as a great day out.

Popped in with my wife to see the baby piglets and ended up staying a couple of hours. It's great fun with loads to see. Although we were on our own it must be an even greater day out for family's and the kids can really get involved with the animals. Well worth the entry fee.

Staunton Park is very nice and has a particularly nice restaurant and coffee shop - very large with plenty of seating.
Sandwiches and cakes are excellent - not exactly a cheap place but nice if you want to treat yourself.
