“Mini-Moon”
Reviewed May 19, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Loved this place so much, came for a last minute trip after our wedding as our full honeymoon isn't until September. The cottage is stunning we couldn't rave about it more!! Will be back for sure! Frances was quick with replying to emails and we loved our 2 nights here wish it was longer! Winchcombe is a lovely little place with great walks and only 15 minute drive to Cheltenham. Highly reccomend "The Cottage" unless you're trying to book at the same time as me if so find somewhere else to stay please!!

“Couldn't be faulted”
Reviewed May 2, 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This place combines a charming old exterior with a thoughtfully renovated interior. It had everything we could have wanted, and was scrupulously clean. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine in the fridge and a home-made cake in a tin.

The appliances all worked properly and the dishwasher and washing machine/drier seem nearly new.

The late-closing Co-op supermarket is a short walk away, as are several characterful pubs. Although the street can be a bit congested, we were always able to find a park outside or a few steps away.

There was some useful information about Winchcombe and the surrounding area in the cottage. A great base for walking or driving tours of this part of the Cotswolds, in a very pretty town. We would stay there again without hesitation.

The cottage is a very comfortable and homely base from which to explore the Cotswolds. It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The cake and wine on arrival are a very nice welcome!

“Highly recommended lovely little cottage”
Reviewed March 7, 2015 for a stay in March 2015

A lovely little cottage. Very comfortable, very well equipped, very clean. Flowers, cake, and a bottle of wine make a nice welcome. Provided you don't mind not having a garden, it's highly recommended.
Winchcombe has an excellent restaurant and nice pubs and great countryside for walking.

“Lovely cottage. Great location”
Reviewed November 18, 2014 for a stay in November 2014

A friend and I stayed at The Cottage recently for a weekend at Cheltenham races. The Cottage is beautifully presented, very tastefully modernised and the accommodation is excellent. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and cake on arrival as well as a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The cottage is right in the middle of Winchcombe, a lively village with a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants.
