Excellent meal at Curio with my niece, a Stroud local. Tapas for 2 with a glass of house wine each, came to under £20. We selected 3 tapas each from a great selection of 12 (we were hard-pressed to whittle it down!) and, being of healthy appetite, added a side of house slaw and sweet potato fries. The tapas came with fresh baked ciabatta so we had more than enough to eat and took a leisurely approach, savouring each delicious dish! We rounded our meal off with 2 expertly crafted cocktails. Service was excellent -discreet and polite. There were a mixed arrray of clients - middle aged women like ourselves, as well as a younger crowd dining and drinking on the pavement out the front. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my elderly aunt here, who would love the leather sofas and decent coffee. A most enjoyable evening.
