We stayed here for a birthday treat in October, had room number 1 which was the suite, very nice room with bathroom up stairs in the room, plenty of space for two people, really comfortable bed would definitely stay again.
Unfortunately the evening meal wasn’t so good,we had eaten in the restaurant about a year ago and the food was really good so that’s why we decided to eat at the restaurant again.
We had the cote de beouf which wasn’t very nice!,the chips were cold and hard...we were not the only ones in the restaurant that night complaining. We did have the cheese board for dessert which was so much better than the main.
The only other problem we came across was the parking facilities, managed to get a space a short walk from the hotel on the Friday but decided to go out in the car on Saturday and on our return couldn’t find anywhere to park apart from the car park at the bottom of the street. The hotel did say it had parking facilities but only four spaces around the back, but parking problems are expected as Stow is always popular.
Overall would recommend a stay More
