Experienced a wonderful 1 night stay, the food was divine and the staff were excellent.( I can heartily recommend the pork belly! ) I managed to make a mistake with my booking, and all credit to the receptionist she sorted it out without a moments hesitation, she surpassed my expetations by one step further and gave us a free upgrade to one of the superior rooms. The bed was colonial, and the room was beautifully decorated. Booked using a Travelzoo voucher, and the package was amazing value for money.
I am looking forward to a return visit in the summer, during which I hope to explore the grounds further, and follow the footpath through to the village. Even in winter its worth a visit as it has a fab heated outdoor area, which was suprisingly comfortable.

My sister and her husband were staying at Wyck Hill for few days break and invited my wife and I to share lunch with them . We had a tour of their room which was very clean and comfortable. We went to lunch in the bar where we ordered sandwiches and chips from the lunch menu. The bread was stale and chips were cold so we send them back. We went for walk in the ground which are classic Cotswold loveliness with snowdrops everywhere. This is a nice venue for a short break but, based on our experience, the bar food is best avoided.

We have just come back from our stay in this hotel. We purchased a Travelzoo voucher and booked for our anniversary weekend. On arrival we were shown to our room which was enormous. The views from the window were stunning and we had a lovely en-suite. We were then given delicious hot chocolate and brownies in the library. The evening meal was amazing as was the breakfast. I also booked the Ultimate Back Massage with lunch for us both and what a treat! We will definitely visit again.

We stopped here as part of a travel zoo offer and stayed for one night with a 3 course meal on the evening and breakfast in the morning with complimentary brownies.

The hotel was stunning and set in some gorgeous surroundings, we were upgraded on arrival and was offered 24hour room service with free tea and coffee as there was no tea tray in the room. We didn't receive our complimentary brownies on arrival but we forgot to ask but I'm assured they would have got them if we had.

The room was gorgeous, very big and luxurious with a great view to the countryside. The meal on the night was of very high standard and was delicious as what the breakfast in the morning. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. The only negative was that the room was very hot on the night time but once we opened the windows this was fine.

We stayed here as part of a Tzoo deal which was very good value. We received 2 nights B&B, a 3 course dinner on the first night and complimentary brownies and hot chocolate on arrival (which were both huge and delicious!). The hotel room was very large and spacious, kitted out with all the facilities you should require. We were in room number 2 with tea and coffee making facilities (but unfortunately no view!). The room was mostly clean on arrival, but the toilet was a bit grimy (more of a deep clean issue!) and there was a large clump of hair on the carpet which had most probably just been missed. Dinner on the first night was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed three courses, as well as aperitifs and an exemplary amuse bouche! Unfortunately, the food would not be to everyone's taste and my partner felt that the portions were quite small. The open fire in reception was very inviting, but was used as an overspill for the bar which wasn't ideal as it was right in the entrance! The bar was quite small and did not seem to be manned, with different members of staff popping in and out when they could which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was delicious in the morning and the cold buffet also offered a range of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries and cold meats and cheeses. The Hotel was also ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds; close to Stow, Burford, Moreton-on-the-Marsh etc. Staff were mostly friendly and attentive but there seemed to be a few frictions between staff members which seemed to be aired in public places on more than one occasion! Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view as the grounds surrounding the hotel are stunning!

Spa: back massage was best I have had. Many I could take or leave. This one was perfect!
Sunday lunch was very good, service excellent, gluten-free bread on request, very enjoyable, very likely to revisit.
