Excellent food, great quality all fresh and home cooked, Staff very friendly, good service, only downside was that all the food did not arrive at once so one dinner had their meal and had started before the other meals arrived, however it was very busy which may have been why there was a delay. Would visit again.

We have always promised ourselves we would try Digbeth's at one of our many visits to Stow. We did this time and what a shame we have never eaten here before.

Suffice to say that the food was superb and the service exceptional. The owner/manager was delightful, chatty and welcoming and our waitress whilst young was very, very professional. We have eaten in much more expensive places but the service here was amongst the best.

The added bonus is that the prices are very reasonable. We will certainly always eat here when visiting Stow and can only recommend that you do the same. It is popular so booking is advisable but we gather lunchtimes can be quieter.

We wandered into Digbeth's while staying in Stow for a short break and couldn't have had a warmer welcome. We had a great table in the window, so could enjoy the last of the evening sun.

The menu is simple, traditional food. I had whitebait, my husband, chicken live pâté to start. He then had duck and I had a warm chicken salad. Mine was a little dry but his was lovely with a sweet, orange marmalade sauce.

The front of house was excellent - friendly, polite and warm. This is a great place to have a good, hearty meal with great service.

Having been to Cotswold Wildlife Park we were looking for an early evening meal. Not easy with 6 people plus a 2-year old. Struck unlucky with a couple of places and stumbled on Digbeths. Couldn't have been more welcoming. Lovely ambience, comfortable table and seating. Terrific 'front of house' - even provided a colouring book and pens to keep the little one amused.
Food was very good and quite varied choices on the menu. Very minor wait as I believe they cook everything fresh, but not a problem at all. Desserts also delicious. It completed a lovely day for the family. We will certainly go again and would not hesitate to recommend to any one else.

We stumbled upon Digbeth's whilst looking for somewhere to eat on a warm sunny day in Stow on the Wold. The chalkboard outside promised a lovely Sunday roast and courtyard dining - just what we were looking for. The rear courtyard was a little sun-trap with only 7 or 8 tables, some with parasols. Service was prompt and the Sunday roast filled the plates..Plenty of beef and lashings of gravy. Desserts were great too!
