Visited this tearoom for lunch at a busy period & wanted a table for 3 when there were only tables for 2, but they kindly put us on the reserved table in the window for a party later on. We ordered tea and 3 x fish finger sandwiches which arrived very quickly even though they were busy. The tea came in a large teapot along with hot water so we each got 2 good sized cups. The fishfinger sandwiches were delicious & came on tasty brown bread, served with a nicely dressed salad, crisps & tartare sauce....all well presented. The waitresses were very attentive & polite..we couldn’t fault it. We would return if we are in Moreton again & recommend it if you want a value quick lunch.

We were visiting Moreton-in-Marsh and were looking for a light lunch. This tea room towards the end of the High Street was the only place we could find that offered gluten free cakes and sandwiches. The food was made to order and they had a good selection to offer. The staff were helpful and friendly and the service was excellent.

A group of 6, we popped into the Cotswold Tearoom for a light bite. Lovely helpful staff. Good choice of food. Nicely presented and very tasty. I had the homemade quiche with a side salad. The others had different items from the menu, and we all enjoyed the food.

My husband and I were lucky enough to receive a gift of a lovely cream tea here, booked by our son, for our recent holiday in the Cotswolds, we arrived at the cosy tearoom, and were made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff, they served us with the most delicious sandwiches, and, scones with jam and plenty of cream, it was most enjoyable, we left feeling quite refreshed.

A sunny June afternoon, my wife, another couple and I had a perfect experience of a cream tea in The Cotswold Tea room, Chipping Norton. The tea room is a quintessential olde- English style cafe in the centre of the town. I was very lucky to have been treated by our friends who had pre-booked this surprise for my birthday. We were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner by the tea room staff and we were shown to a reserved table by the front window. A choice of teas was offered and while we pondered our selections, a lovely glass each of proseco was brought to our table. The tea itself consisted of a good choice of sandwiches, crisps and scones with jam and cream and as a lovely final touch a choice of any of their home made cakes. As none of us had any room for the cake, we all chose to take it home with us--a really nice touch! The whole experience in this delightful part of The Cotswolds was top-notch and I would highly recommend this particular tea room, it really is good.
