“Dropped a drink on my friend lol!”
Reviewed December 26, 2012 via mobile

Some staff are lovely others dismissive. Food is dingy but to be fair you would know that as soon as you go in.

Dropped a pint of come over my friend and was just comped one meal. Ruined evening and onward plans as covered in coke!

“Won't be returning.”
Reviewed December 15, 2012

Live locally so decided to have a meal as hadn't been for a while. Service was just okay, feel smiles were forced - drinks were slow to the table. My friend chose off the christmas menu and had salmon fillet but sadly covered with breadcrumbs and mayonnaise which she had asked them to remove but they couldn't!!. I had buffalo chicken wings which were inedible and sour followed by sirloin steak-pure gristle, ultimate chips- dry and then lettuce with stilton and sour cream-yuck. My daughter chose chicken wrapped in bacon which was dry chicken with a slice of raw bacon. We sent dinners back and instead of giving us another, offered us a free sweet. I don't eat sweets but sadly had to ask them to take off main meals as so bad-left hungry and disappointed and on a saturday racing night the place was empty?

“Must remember its a Beefeater, OK but not great”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

We were staying in the Premier Inn next door, had dinner and breakfast here. Breakfast very very good, hard to believe they make any money, vast choice and pretty cheap. Hard to fault. Dinner the night before really not great, but probably about right for a Beefeater, had that 'previously frozen' feel about it all. Was OK, filled a hole kind of food but would suggest trying to eat elsewhere if you are staying at the Premier Inn. Service good though, just not great food.
