Description: With room for 120 covers, the Indian Brasserie provides guests with a chance to enjoy superb-quality Indian cuisine in a thoroughly relaxed atmosphere, at a pace that suits them. With a stylish new refurbishment, the Brasserie is chic and luxurious, complemented by contemporary decor, wooden flooring and leather seating. The menu offers a wonderfully wide selection of dishes, and the staff are only too delighted to make suggestions should the decision be too much. Jali kebab, the exquisite salmon machli and jhinga til tinka are just some of the starter dishes on offer. The chatga jhinga was recommended as a main being 'a fabulous choice, colourful, aromatic and bursting with authentic flavours'. With an onus on client service, you come to the Indian Brasserie as our guests, not our customers.

We were directed to this restaurant by a local resident and were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service excellent.

We have eaten here c3-4 times a year for the last 5 years and enjoyed take always on numerous occasions and every time the food has been full of flavour, hot and the service has been quick and very polite.
It is nothing too fancy, just good honest and great value for money food. The very small entrance takes you into what looks like a cramped restaurant but it is full of a great atmosphere and is spotlessly clean.
If you are looking for a 'safe bet' that you will enjoy then look no further than the Indian Brasserie.

went here after a day at the jazz festival. It was ok!!
The staff were socializing in the bar area, chatting and not concentrating on their jobs. we got our food 45minutes later so it must of been because the waiters were too busy doing their own thing.

Food was a bit bland. I had a medium dish and debated asking for some fresh chili to add a bit of heat. The flavours were nicely blended just needed a bit of heat too.

However the restaurant is nice and clean and wasn't too expensive.

The food was ok but nothing special considering price. Staff seemed disinterested and bored. Won't be going back in a hurry as I don't feel it's value for money. This is a shame as it used to be really good.
