Today i paid a visit to the Brasseria at this hotel for lunch, and it was very very nice. There were 3 of us in my group and the service was 1st class. You just have that feeling when you pull up and they will park your car for you as the car park is a bit of a walk if its raining.A nice touch
My wife and daughter were greeted and shown to our table after we had chosen the drinks that we required we settled on non alcoholic punches which were delicious. The dining area was quite small so i would advise to book to save disappointment,as sometimes it can become very busy.
The food was to a high standard as to be expected, and the Lamb just crumbled when touched by my fork the Chicken and mushroom risotto was very nice with plenty of juicy chicken.
The sides of warm fresh baked bread, Rocket salad and even the chips tasted just special.
The hotel did seem quite small from what we saw of it but the service and food was what we expected 1st class.
On my next visit i plan to try the full afternoon tea this looked just like an afternoon tea should look like served on fine bone china.
Well done Antonio a very knowledgeable waiter.
Would i recommend this establishment,i certainly would.

Though not a large range of food on the menu is was good and well cooked.
I especially liked the way they kept the bottle of wine we had drunk half of and had it on the table the following evening without us having to ask for it.

Went to Ellenborough Park last sunday for mothers day, we booked before hand for 12 of us, This was the worst experience ever, the menu was not worth mentioning, what they served was just not edible, the service was nil, not bad for £500. I had to explain to my mother the soup was special out of a can,, my wife had childrens chicken nuggets, the potatoes were solid, the beef was chewy.not what we expected. Total farce and rip off. My number is 07899 860104

Thank you for your recent review and we are very sorry that your recent experience did not live up to your expectations, If I can just highlight, the soup and the goujons are homemade here on the the premises and we source as much local and in-season produce.
We have been in contact with you and other family members to discuss this.
Kind regards

The Brasserie has become a regular favourite serving quality food, well presented with wonderful professional service. The surrounding make for a comfortable relaxed dining experience which suits all occasions. Highly recommended. The brasserie manager is particularly friendly and helpful.
