What's not to like? Hot bacon, serves you hot bacon!

Cheltenham itself is an attractive place; billed misleadingly as a sleepy spa town in the South East and a retirement zone for elderly ex-servicemen, it is in fact an up-and-coming venue for young professionals who enjoy the finer sides of life, such as a delicious breakfast for an apprentice or blacksmith etc is that 100 minimum characters?

Came here with my boyfriend on a Sunday morning. The staff were all very smiley and were quick to take our order. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We were only waiting about 15 minutes for food and it was delicious :). It's not the cheapest breakfast in town but I think you pay for quality!

Have been to The Curious Cafe for lunch many times over the years and have also used it for a group booking in the evening.

On a hot summer's day it's a great place to eat in the Bath Road because you can sit in their cool back yard either under a sunshade or in the their semi-conservatory. The whitewashed walls remind me more of Cornwall or the Med than Cheltenham, and it's full of quirky and unusual found objects, together with lots of plants in borders and pots.

The service is always friendly and the food is invariably good. The all-day vegetarian breakfast is particularly satisfying (though they did take a long time to come round to using free-range eggs) and the cheesy potato wedges with sweet chilli sauce very tasty. They do a good range of soft drinks and a mean soya cappuccino too.

Inside the decor is colourful, with fairly basic, almost rustic tables and chairs, and artworks on the walls. It's good value, excellent home-cooked food and is recommended for friends, families and couples looking for somewhere out-of-the-ordinary with a bit of imagination.

A busy café that does great breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff and an outside seating area too. Popular with a wide variety of customers (students, businessman, tradesmen, retirees) with a selection on the menu to suit most tastes.
