Overall the hotel is very good and at a good price for it's central position in Cheltenham.
Unfortunately, there was a party on the ground floor and although we were on the second floor we were kept awake to pretty late with the noise, especially of the base sound.
It would have been nice to have be warned of this when we booked in, and we would have been prepared to pay extra for a quiet room.
Also, I couldn't complain when we checked out at 6.15 am as there was no one on reception and only a cleaner was about !
