We stayed in the Leckhampton Suite for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier.
The apartment was stylish and comfortable with a luxurious wet room. No expense has been spared on the fittings.
This basement apartment was really quiet too.
Sarah went over and above what was expected, providing fresh bread and croissants, milk & juice and jams/cereals plus tea and coffee making facilities.
In fact, it was so comfortable that we stayed in one evening.
So much better than a pokey hotel room.
We will definitely come back and use this as a base when we return to the Cotswolds.

We stayed in the Prestbury Suite for two nights. This was definitely as described, luxury accommodation at its best. The lady who met us and showed us around the Suite was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The suite was spotless and bigger than expected. Everything you could need for a stay here was provided from free view tv, DVD player and docking station for entertainment to the well equipped kitchen area. It was particularly hot weather during our stay but a Dyson tower fan was provided which was more than adequate. The building is on a main road but there is no traffic noise. It was literally a 5 minute walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs. Free parking was a bonus being so close to the city centre. The welcome food pack was by far the best I have encountered in all my hotel/ apartment stays. I would most definitely recommend a stay here and will be returning asap.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Tivoli apartment. It was very clean and the welcome pack of supplies was a very welcomed surprise. Alison greeted us and explained all the necessary details of coffee machine, fan, etc
The location is great for local restaurants, pubs and M&S food hall.

We rent two rooms at this place. Both are in excellent conditions, well equipped, and very comfortable. The car park is safe and convenient. It's only a short walk to town center. Great hospitality. Overall, we really like this place and wish we could stay longer.

Stayed here for 2 nights while on a short break in Cheltenham. We stayed in the Pitville apartment, a one bedroom with en suite and a lounge/kitchen.
The apartment is one of several located in an old traditional style building and has good security.
We were met by a very friendly owner/manager who gave us a full lowdown on the apartment and places to eat and see in the area. A small food package was also provided, including milk, bread, orange juice, coffee, tea butter etc.It was exceptionally well decorated throughout, with great furnishings/utensils. You certainly feel at home here in such comfortable surroundings and is ideal for a couple with a lovely kitchen area and table and the adjoining lounge area has comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV.
The view from the window is not particularly attractive, just a car park across the road, by location wise is really good, just a few minutes from the high street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
The only negative was the absence of a fan as the room got very warm in the evening due the hot weather during our visit.
Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
