We stayed at short notice in the Leckhampton suite, the last available as the Literary Festival was on. We were met on arrival by Katie? who showed us around and explained all essential info.
Although a basement apartment the lounge/kitchenette and bedroom were bright with large sash window and patio doors respectively.
Full self-catering facilities were to hand in a clean and spacious apartment with comfortable furniture and bed and plenty of storage + TVs of course in lounge and bedroom.
The bathroom was stylishly tiled which included a walk in shower cubicle instead of the bath.
Management had provided plenty of breakfast items including cereals, croissants, fruit and juice, which was topped up by the maid/cleaner in the morning.
A very useful benefit (fortunately) of this and the adjacent apartment is access via a staircase to the parking bays at the back of the premises, so we could move our luggage easily and quickly on arrival and departure.
Parkland Apartments are perfectly located for a short walk to the town centre/Montpelier district in one direction and Pittville Park & racetrack in the other.
Perhaps the most convenient benefit is parking space. Ideal to not to have to worry about time limits when in town and to return to when driving to and from the racetrack (5 minutes) and touring the Cotswolds.
Other apartments on ground and first floor are likely to be bigger but all look excellent valueMore
