We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this b & b and cannot wait to make a return visit. Jayne & David were excellent hosts offering tea / coffee and cake upon our arrival. To accomodate our stay we had to stay in 2 rooms being the Rissington 1st night & three in the Windrush, both rooms were of a very high standard as was the breakfasts, nothing was to much trouble. They even look after our plants for us that we purhcased in the local garden centre. A return stay at this B & B is a must for us.

Stayed here May 17th for two nights. We had a very warm welcome from Jane. The rooms were about the cleanest I have known. Everything you could want, even a fridge. Breakfast was great, cooked was totally non greasy and the poached eggs were the best. Definitely recommend.

This BnB is wonderful. The place is immaculate, just a short walk into the centre of Bourton-on-the-water. The rooms are large, beautifully decorated and Jane just makes your stay so special. She has home-baked cakes and cookies available and breakfast in the conservatory style room is excellent. We totally recommend this place!

Room Tip: All rooms are large and quiet

Booked a short extended weekend break. The rooms were beautiful and individually decorated and complete with everything you will need. The hosts were really nice and made us feel welcome right from the start. Breakfast was cooked beautifully and served in a light and airy conservatory with plenty of choice. Would certainly recommend this B & B to anyone looking to stay in this lovely part of the country.

Booked a few days at Holly House over the May Bank Holiday Week-end. Lucky to get the last room - the Naunton Suite - absolutely beautiful - spotlessly clean, spacious and luxurious - very comfortable bed - mini-fridge & tea/coffee facilities - 2 televisions, one in the bedroom and a large one in the separate sitting area. Jayne was the perfect host and couldn't do enough for us, making us extremely welcome. Breakfasts in the conservatory were amazing - beautifully cooked - I had the full breakfast each morning and it filled me up for the day! Didn't want to leave. Will certainly return to be spoilt again. Thank you very much Jayne - you're a Gem.

Room Tip: From what I gathered from other residents all rooms are excellent and different.

I booked this B&B for a 3 night break for my partner and myself. Rob has been telling me about Bourton On The Water for years and I really wanted to go. I booked around Christmas, and I am glad I booked early to guarantee my booking. We were met by Jayne, the glamorous hostess and she showed us around and to our room. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped; fridge, tea & coffee, hairdryer and flat screen t.v. Our only small tiny gripe is that the bed was a bit softer than our own, however i must stress that our mattress is rock solid at home and ANYTHING would probably be softer than ours so this is NOT a criticism.

We then went to explore Bourton. Jayne explained there was a short cut and also recommended a couple of places where we could grab lunch or dinner.

We were made to feel so welcome it was like being at home, nothing was too much trouble at all.

I must make a special comment on the breakfasts..... Oh My GOSH!!! AMAZING........... Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and a whole menu of delicious cooked breakfasts ranging from Full English to Eggs Benedict or scrambled egg on toast. Every breakfast freshly cooked to order... We still miss the poached eggs. NOMMAGE!!!!

Thank you for the most relaxing break we have had in a long time. You guys ROCK.

Hopefully see you again. I would recommend you guys in a heartbeat!!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Sherbourne Room, lovely decor, quiet overlooking the gardens. Would want this room...

Just got back from a two night stay for our anniversary. Met by Jayne, absolutely lovely host. We stayed in Windrush at the top of the house. Spotlessly clean, large room. Very comfy bed, large bathroom, TV and tea/coffee facilities as well as mini fridge. Breakfasts were superb, hubby had the full english both days and said it was great. A short stroll into Bourton centre, Jayne gave us directions and also mentioned a couple of places to eat. The info in the room on places to vist and tel. numbers etc was extremely helpful and informative - a nice touch. All in all nothing seemed too much trouble for them and we had a lovely time. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend break!

Room Tip: Windrush is at the very top of the house - a lovely spacious room. Pretty quiet.
