Where should I take my lovely wife on her Birthday where we had not been before!!! I thought of Naples,Vienna,Madrid, Berlin & then we thought of the Cotswolds where we were told was enchanting! Looked up all feedbacks & reviews & the Holly House came out on top by far.We booked 3 nights!! We were met by Jayne & David who made us welcome from the 1st moment. They r a lovely couple & excel in this medium. Breakfast with huge choice i.e. Full English breakfast, Eggs Benedict (Which I had the second morning. Yummy!!! Eggs royale (I shall have 2 go back to try this one). My wife had kippers & poached egg. She loved the change!
Bournton on the water (Great Choice)
Well Jayne & David thank you so much in making Ann's birthday a momentous one. Jayne even placed a birthday card & chocolates in our room whilst we were out. You are a doll!!!
Thank you again, with affection ,Alan & Ann

We really enjoyed our stay at Holly House. We were met by Jayne and given toasted teacakes and tea as soon as we arrived which was a lovely thought.
We stayed in the Windrush room. Spotlessly clean and everything you could wish for. Tea making facilities and mini fridge in the room. Large bathroom with walk in shower.
Breakfast was lovely.
A short walk down Wardens Way and you were in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water.
We would certainly stay there again and would recommend this B&B for a great stay.

Stayed with friends for two nights of luxury in a beautiful B and B set in the lovely Cotswolds. We were greeted by Jayne who could not have been more friendly or welcoming. She showed us our delightful rooms and then served us coffee and fresh Rock Cakes in the lounge. The room was spacious and well equipped with toiletries, coffee, tea, chocolate drinks, mineral water, biscuits and peanuts. It was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast on both mornings was exceptional with cereals, juice, fresh fruit and a large selection of cooked food. I have not had better. The house is a short 5 minute walk from " Little Venice" the centre of Bourton on the Water which is a lovely picturesque village worth a visit in its own right. The village has a large selection of eateries from pub grub to fine dining plus of course shops for the girls`! I highly reccommend Holly House and the village of Bourton. Thank you Jayne and Dave for a wonderful visit.

Room Tip: They are all luxurious.

We stayed at Holly House over the weekend and both felt it was a truly incredible place to stay. We arrived there tired and hungry after a very long drive and were greeted by Jayne immediately when we arrived. We were shown our room, which was the beautiful Windrush room on the top floor. The bedroom was huge, there were a couple of chairs and a small table as well as a dresser and the bathroom was huge with a double shower. The decoration was completely immaculate, the entire place was really clean, yet there was a homely feel.

To my delight there was a kettle and tea making facilities in the bedroom, a must I feel and the addition of a bottle of mineral water was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The range of tea and coffe on offer was good and even the china teacups were good. There was also a mini fridge in the room which although we didn't use it, was handy to have there.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom was excellent, breakfast was very good and the vegetarian breakfast my husband had he very much enjoyed. There was a good range of cereal and fruit and a range of teas and coffees. I also enjoyed the magazine rack by the door, made for some good bedtime reading.

Jayne could not have been a more pleasant and friendly host and we were made to feel very welome. We were quite sad when we had to leave as we had really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money and I would thoroughly recommend this B&B to everyone.

Lovely B&B. Exceptionally clean. Lovely aestetic rooms, large bathroom - super comfy bed. The landlady was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was non-greasy and delicious. Very good value for money. Good location - 10 min walk into centre of village. Would stay again .

Room Tip: Windrush - large and spacious. Excellent bathroom.
