The main attraction are the king penguins, of which there are many and you can get very close. Spent ages watching them swim and waddle about - adorable!

So many great birds, we spent a good 2 hours walking around the place. We also got to pat a Tawny Frogmouth, a baby owl, and hold a baby duck.

Lovely enclosures for the birds so you don't feel bad for them. Was worried a small bird park in the Cotswolds might be a bit sad for the birds, but it was a big park that obviously takes bird welfare seriously.

Loved it!

Nice place, some very well looked after birds, they have the only King penguins in the country and they are a great attraction, can get really close. Set in a lovely part of the country. Facilities are good, cafe is nicely set out.

Nice and clean throughout and staff very helpful.

Only downside is no onsite parking, had to use a pay and display which I thought was quite expensive.

Together with my wife i spent a delightful 4 hours photographing birds at this attraction, rounded off by a picnic in their nature reserve on the River Windrush. All the facilities were clean, the staff helpful and plenty of areas were provided where you could eat, or simply sit and rest. Oh and did I say lots and lots of interesting birds. I noticed a previous review criticizing the nature reserve for having plastic birds sitting in trees etc. However, as these form part of a children's quiz available at the gate, this criticism was a tad unfair.
Also thanks to Simon who replied to an e-mail about two unidentified birds within minutes.

Visited this place recently on holiday and we all really enjoyed it. Lots of birds to see and the place is kept very well, clean and pretty grounds, nice little kids playground. Our kids loved seeing the penguins being fed, wonderful to see the only King Penguins in England! They were gorgeous!

Loved seeing the flamingos, parrots, owls etc. Really nice place to spend a couple of hours and quite reasonably priced too for £28 for family ticket. We also got a coupon from one of those days out brochures you pick up in attractions, for 1 free child admission so even better value!
