“So Friendly !”
Reviewed July 18, 2012

We booked this last minute after getting the info from T.Advisor, it is situated just a few hundred yards from the centre of Bourton, we arrived 2 hours later and Peter & his partner met us, they were very friendly and even asked where I preferred to park the car & did I need any help with my bags!?. They gave us the key, showed us the room which was a nice size, with en-suite and lovely and clean, then explained the usuals, asked what we'd like for breakfast, full English ok ?. Nothing was too much trouble! I think Peter must have 'helpful' as his middle name. We even had a good natter over breakfast, what a pleasant guy. See you next time !

We stayed here as two couples, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a very cosy B&B and Peter is a lovely host. Everything was done to make our stay comfortable and a very good breakfast was served. Highly recommended and excellent value!!

This is a little gem, it's a block from the town center and the walk from town to B&B is very romantic! Breakfast is a full English treat.

My partner and I had a very very great time at this B&B.
In a very nice location, minutes away from the town centre.
Generous sized room, with everything you need.
Had a very homey feel.
Peter is a wonderful host, he made our stay in Bouton on the Water such a great experience.
He even drove about 15 minutes to pick us up from Moreton in Marsh.

Very great stay, hope to stay there again!

In the latter part of April,we were travelling South to Somerset to visit a family member and thought we would overnight part of the way to do do some walking and general sightseeing in The Cotswolds.

Our original plan was to try and find a traditional Olde Worlde Cotswold Inn or similar but during our research,we stumbled upon Webbys B&B in Bourton On The Water and decided to book.

We we glad we did.

The B&B is situated in a quite cul de sac of similar houses only five minutes walk away from the centre of the town.

We were greeted warmly by Peter and instantly had that feel good feeling which confirms that you have made the right choice.

Our room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of high pressure hot water, something which you dont always find even in hotels, also tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a very comfortable bed.

Next morning we were treated to Peters special breakfast with a good selection and well cooked..enough to set you up for the day.

Peters small establishment really is a credit to him and his partner and i can thoroughly recommend it.

Room Tip: Book early..!

This is a wonderful B&B, really good value for money and in a great location right in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water. We stayed here for one night in June and wish we could have stayed longer. We couldn't find any reviews beforehand but booked it anyway and we're so glad we did - it's a hidden gem!

Our room was lovely, clean and had a really comfy double bed, a built-in wardrobe, flat screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spotless, modern and there was plenty of hot water. Our included full English breakfasts were delicious and freshly cooked to order by Pete, the owner, who is lovely and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

The house is a new-build but built in the same honey-coloured brick style as nearby traditional properties and is literally a minute's walk from the Windrush riverside walkway, Birdland and the Model Village.

We contacted lots of B&Bs in Bourton trying to find a last minute room before luckily getting a cancellation here. When we arrived, we found ourselves in a great B&B, in the middle of the village, close to all the tea rooms, restaurants and attractions yet still relaxing and quiet at night. It turned out to be much closer to the village than many of the B&Bs we'd contacted before and even cost less!

We really couldn't fault this B&B, it's a lovely home-from-home and we would happily go back and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
