To reach the beach it is necessary to walk during approx. 1 hour. If it has been raining, the paths may be flooded or full of mud, but the view of the see with the white cliffs is really amazing. Although it is cold because of the see, staying there for a while is a relaxing great experience.

We are fortunate enough to live close by and often go for short walks. A favourite is to park near Seaford Head and walk along to the Golden Galleon at Exeat and then back over the hills.
It is quite a climb and will take 2-3 hours at a steady pace but the views are well worth it

One of the UKs best coastal walks. Good anytime. Perfect on a sunny day. A challenging hike if you are not fit.

Beautiful walk around meandering water to the sea. Great place for kids and bikes. The gift shop was really nice - bought some nice photo cards.

We were recommended to have a walk along the cliffs by a delightfully helpful lady in the Seaford Tourist Information Office.
We walked from the town up by the golf course- the route is quite steep with un-made paths so it isn't ideal for visitors with mobility problems, I understand that there are easier routes though.
The walk was well worth it, excellent views of this magnificent landscape which adjoins Beechy Head and in my opinion is more beatiful. The geology viewable along the cliffs is outstanding but the normal words of warning must be heded regarding the dangers of going too close to the edge.
The Seven Sisters are truely a national gem and I find it difficult to understand why they are not as well known as the Needles and the White Cliffs of Dover. The whole park feels uncommercialised and raw- adding to the appeal.
Our visit was topped off with a fantastic view of the sun setting above the Solent. This is a free attraction and can be enjoyed by all.
