Burt and Carol where fantastic hosts, the little farm was a great way to end our busy tour around Europe and the UK. The farm was a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from town.Rye has a large range of different cafes, pubs and variety shops. The public transport system was easy to use. (buses and trains) which enabled us to explore the surrounding areas as well.. Each day we went out to explore the town or local areas and near by towns, before heading back to enjoy a cuppa in the garden and relaxing. Well worth a visit. A plus in everything.

We have stayed twice at Glencoe Farm, once on our honeymoon, and again more recently. It is a lovely small B&B just outside the center of Rye, a pleasant walk across a park and over the little river bridge. Friendly hosts and a good substantial breakfast, with a family of ducks walking over the lawn in the morning. What more do you want?
