Have recently revisited Pomegranate and had a very pleasant evening. Lovely staff, warm and welcoming, quirky and good humoured. The food was even better than previously, and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been for a while, or if you're visiting Hastings and want a relaxed and uplifting meal.

Has always proved to be good, with an interesting menu, friendly staff and an enjoyable atmosphere. The place works for me.
It runs a limited "menu of the day", the dishes on it being a somewhat different and rather appealing. Very tasty, too, including the desserts that are most definitely enjoyed by my sweet tooth. Have enjoyed venison and skate, to name a couple of mains.
A slightly cramped little place, but that's part of the enjoyment. Did I prefer it before the interior was refurnished? Possibly, but I guess that was a result of the popularity of the restaurant.

Short menu and good wine list are an excellent indication of the high quality of this intimate restaurant. Subtle decoration makes it suitable for a romantic evening, a special celebration, or just meeting old friends. Situated in a pedestrianised part of trendy Hastings, it is well worth a visit.

Had dinner here in October on
Firework night with parents. Food was absolutely delicious could not fault it at all!! Couldn't help but think they had just about squeezed us all in as its a very cosy restaurant but overall it was lovely.

Recommend to everyone I will definitely be returning!

Went here for my Husbands birthday meal having been before, and found it a bit lacking this time round.
We were seated at the window which was nice the only problem was that the door was left open and as it was a cold October evening it wasn't very nice, had to keep getting up and down to shut the door, the waiter was nice however the waitress was strange!
The food was good but not as good as before, and the new decoration has taken away the atmosphere.
