Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly welcome, lovely decor in the room, nice attention to detail. The accomodation was stylish, modern and spotlessly clean.
The b&b is in a good location, just a few minutes walk to the train station which was handy for our evening out. The bed was so comfortable, would have loved to stay another night!

We arrived a bit late in the evening to a very warm welcome and a freshly made cup of tea. Super room - number 2 on the first floor. Comfortable bed, working tv ( can be unusual these days) and a very roomy shower. Excellent breakfast, the full english with real sausages and bacon, not the watery mass-produced rubbish, All in all a wonderful stay particularly as I lived the first 3 years of my life 200 yards up the road and it brought back some memories.

Room Tip: Only experienced one room, with no view. Suggest you ask if that is what you need.

Very nice posh B & B, rooms buetifully decorated with superb bath. Hosts very welcoming, breakfast lovely, full English. Only problem, pick your room we had number 6 on 4th floor = about 60 stairs too much for oldies

From the moment that we were welcomed with fresh tea to checking out, everything was first class. Clean, well furnished, large shower which worked perfectly, modern tv which worked perfectly, huge comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful service. Room 5 on second floor had a good view over the sea and across the greensward to the statue of Queen Victoria, who would have been amused!
Within easy reach of both the new town and the old town, on foot.
Highly recommended.

Extremely pleasant stay, would most certainly use again, cleanliness is my priority, to which was superb, service impeccable, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Parking in secure car park underground a must, pre book & pay worth doing.

We stayed at the top room overlooking the sea and square and it was absolutely wonderful! Glorious bed, amazing shower and the view was perfect and very romantic. Free parking on the weekend, if you park right outside the hotel as well :) only comment to make is that it would be good to have air-conditioning in the room, since we stayed in July and it was very hot! Breakfast was yummy, the owners very friendly and attentive and the dog extremely cute and friendly :) thank you for a wonderful stay! Pirates of London

1 night stay, in room 2, immaculately clean, with beautiful quality sheets, towels, even robes.Fantastic shower, room on the small side , but not an issue for us as the quality and cleanliness more then made up for this , come on for this price you can,t have everything!!
very warm welcome on arrival, tea/biscuits and lots of useful info about area.
Breakfast was delicious ( salmon/scrambled egg)...with the most gorgeous thick brown bread toast.
Would definitely stay here again if in the area, if only more hotels, B&B,s were like this.
Thank you Seng & Elizabeth, keep up the excellent service you provide.

Room Tip: Ask on booking about rooms if size /view bother you. ( this applies to any hotel/ B&B really)
