Visited on a busy thursday evening with 15 work colleagues. Made to feel very welcome with the wine flowing from the start. Staff never too busy to help. A fantastic starter of Mackerel Pate with sour dough toast was just the ticket to prepare for the amazing main course: two 6oz chateaubriand medallion steaks with proper steak cut chips and salad with healthy sides of coleslaw and spinach. Even the sauces were mouthwatering. When I thought it could get no better I was presented with the magnificent Peanut Banofee pie...too tasty for words (many satisfactory grunts)...really could not have been better!
