“Family Fun”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 9, 2012

Great location, catch the cliff railway to the top of the hill and then a 5 minute walk to the caves. Lots of things for the kids to play with, we especially liked not being lead around and left to our own.
We spent over an hour in the caves, great to get out f the cold and rain if the weathers poor.

“A fun few hours!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2012

We went to the museum as there wasn't much open to be honest, but it was well worth the entrance fee! The caves were spooky and the stories were fun and informative. Definitely worth a visit!

“Interesting experience, not just for the children”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

Given that the leaflets looked rather touristy, we went there with not too many expectations but were pleasantly surprised. The trip on the cliff railway was an experience in itself and then the great view from the top of the hill! The children learned quite a lot from the different do-it-yourself-things in the cave, and so did we. They did the little films for us in German, which was a great plus for the children. All in all rather expensive, though. But was a good 2 hours spent there to get out of the rain.

“Very interesting tour, the kids loved it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2012 via mobile

We spent a very pleasant time here, the boys enjoyed it and it was lovely and warm & dry, which is a bonus on an October day! The tour itself is a bit vague at times but there are staff on hand to point the way. Overall a surprisingly good attraction.

“step into the dark”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 20, 2012

this place was fab average trip lasts an hour ours was 2 closer to 3 if you ever wanted to know the history of smugglers you'll find it here, if they don't know it it's not worth knowing recommend either taking a torch or buying 1 there as there are some very dark spots and be sure to read everything as you may miss a few bits including the hanging man :)
