Just returned from a 5-night stay at 48 Eversfield Place, with my 2 children (aged 20 and 17). It was the perfect place for us to stay; right on the seafront, and within easy walking distance of the town and amenities.
Clare was excellent, and provided all the information I needed prior to our stay. Gail and her husband, Mervyn, (who gallantly stepped in to meet us as Gail was unexpectedly unavailable) were both fantastic. When I texted them with an incredibly small query, they replied immediately with an answer. I couldn't ask for better service.
The apartment was spacious (big enough for the three of us to each have a bit of space when needed!), spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. The decking area is the perfect sun-trap, and a lovely place to spend time at the end of a busy day sightseeing.
I can't think of anything that would have improved our holiday (even the weather was perfect!).
We really want to recommend this appartment too everybody!!! We had our little pug with us and he loved it. It was also nice to see they have bowls and even a little garden in the back that was just perfect. The appartment has an amazing view of the beach and the promenade. The friend of Clare that greeted us was really friendly and she even put some milk in the fridge for us. She gave us really good advice about everything you can do in Hastings and all the good restaurants.
We loved the little old town of Hastings. There are lovely pubs, restaurants and loads of antique shops. We fell in love in Hastings and we would love to come back to this lovely appartment. Thanks for everything ;) xxx Erich, Cleo and Noa the pug
The apartment is excellently located on the sea front not far from the pier about half way between Hasting and St Leonards, it has everything you need for a great holiday. The area is really pet friendly, we were able to take our dog into most cafes all the pubs and bars and even some restaurants. Rye and Battle are great for day trips out
Beautiful apartment with amazing views out to sea... The apartment has everything you need and more and the outside space is fantastic. Felt like a home from home and we would loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely be back... thank you
We booked at the last minute but had a great time here. Gail was fantastic - very accommodating to our request to come a bit early - and welcomed us in the only rain we saw all weekend. Great location with the beach just across the road and easy walking access to Hastings and St Leonards. We'll be back.
Having never really explored Hastings before I booked this apartment for myself, husband and dog for a birthday getaway. I booked based on how lovely and spacious it looked in the photos but even they didn't do it justice! It's a stunning space. High ceilings, Open fire, modern open plan kitchen and the perfect sea view framed by large period windows. Not only that, but they have been working on a private outside area at the rear of the property which will only add to how spacious this property is! It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town, which, with the dog which is perfect! We absolutely loved this apartment and enjoyed mooching around Hastings pubs, restaurants (recommend Radley's in old town for dog friendly intimate evening dining and delicious home cooked comfort food!) and little shops, but the defining reason for our return would be this apartment! We've stayed in some fab places and spaces but this has got to be the best.
