“Christmas shopping lunch break”
Reviewed December 1, 2012 via mobile

Frances was our server and friendly, efficient and relaxing was the lunch. The food was very good quality: we had the Prawns in lemon and garlic and Nachos starter to share followed by Chicken Burrito and vegetarian quesadillas. Absolutely delicious with sweet potato fries as a side. No room for afters but it was only lunch! Will go back.

“Slow Service”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

The food here is OK, itseems to be a blendof various South American cuisines, and there is a selection of wonderful cocktails. They have a good happy hour where you can buy one and get one free as well as a select lunch menu. The tapas selection is great and tasty.

However, I was quiet dissapointed with the service. It wasnt all that busy the lunch time I went, so there was only about2 waiters and a manager working the tables. The two waiters seemed rushed off thier feet, but the manager was just slowly walking around as if it was below him to help them out. Becauseof this, we were sat waiting to order for about half an hour and then had really long wait times for everythingelse, waving to try and get some attention.

“Solid choice for latin food”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

Had a quick lunch here as across from our hotel. Service was quick prompt and helpful. Food and service was good. I had a brazilian dish (like to try something different) and was very pleasant. Overall for us, mid afternoon seemed like a nice place for lunch, with good food and service

“A pleasant experience...”
Reviewed November 4, 2012

This is our second visit to the restaurant and both times we have left feeling full. The cost is probably average for Brighton, for a starter, two main courses and three soft drinks came to £44. We didn't have cocktails this time, but when we have in the past they were very nice. The service was fast and attentive, we had a waitress called Marcela who came at just the right time in between courses or drinks. If we were to visit Brighton again we would probably visit this restaurant again.
