“A pleasant experience...”
Reviewed November 4, 2012

This is our second visit to the restaurant and both times we have left feeling full. The cost is probably average for Brighton, for a starter, two main courses and three soft drinks came to £44. We didn't have cocktails this time, but when we have in the past they were very nice. The service was fast and attentive, we had a waitress called Marcela who came at just the right time in between courses or drinks. If we were to visit Brighton again we would probably visit this restaurant again.

“Food and service just about OK but below expectations”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

We went as a party of 16 on a busy Saturday night, the main meals arrived over a period of 10 minutes or so, making a difficult decision. Does one wait until it gets cold until your partners food arrives or "tuck in" immediately? The white "house wine", Tierra "Sauvignon" was truly awful and the house red "Malbec" just very poor, especially given the cost. I drink a lot of Sauvignon this is the worst I've ever tasted, weak and horrible. The food is OK, although cold. Yes I did wait for my partners! A rather disappointing eating/drinking experience I'm afraid.

“A firm family favourite”
Reviewed October 27, 2012

Our 3 year old loves it and we have had 2 birthday teas here. Tasty food, good friendly service, value ok, not cheap eats but food worth it. Do try the shredded beef with your nachos and the burritos and enchiladas are taaaaaasty and value for money. I find the fajitas bland, overpriced with more peppers and onion than meat but depends what takes your fancy. As chains go, this one is ok and a great night out with friends or work and for a family meal that serves the kids well with crayons and a good menu.

“OK but not great”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

We had to ask specifically for the cheaper Lite bites menu. Secondly, my burger was not of the best quality minced meat but had a number of bits of gristle in it. However, my wife enjoyed the Albondigas. So, ok in general and a very reasonable price

“Pre-theatre meal”
Reviewed October 13, 2012

Been before so knew what was ahead. Booked online with no problems.
Another good evening was had. Food was good, service was excellent and the bill wasn’t a shock. We were lucky to be served by the Floor Manager (Paul) who maintained just the right level of attentiveness. Extra bread was served at no cost along with loads of serviettes. The latter was needed because we were messy diners, which was not entirely disconnected to the addition of a new extra hot chicken starter (wings voom) which was actually extremely nice and very (chilli) hot.
We had all the courses (plus appetiser), two cocktails, a lager and a fairly pricey bottle of red (all wine was pricey). This came to £100 including a tip. Not bad I reckon for a substantial city centre early evening meal.
