Description: Near the famous pavillion in Brighton, Al Duomo is well, not quite as famous as the Pavillion itself, but it has attracted two million visitors over the past twenty-one years. A classic, family-run Neapolitan pizzeria spread over three floors, Al Duomo has an Italian menu to tempt even non-pizza lovers, if there are any. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven, one of Britain's first. The many other favourite dishes include Lasagne Casalinga and salmone al dragoncello, cooked in butter, white wine and tarragon with tomato and cream. It's a great place for parties and groups, but absolutely everyone enjoys the delicious food, charming ambience and warm Italian welcome. Patio seating when the weather is balmy.

On a sunny October day this week had lunch sitting outside. had the set price 3 course lunch which was great value and good food. Staff pleasant too. will go again for sure even if I have to sit inside! Was on my own and it made no difference whatsoever which is not always the case. Will go again.

I have eaten here quite a few times, on a date, with the family, big group of friends and a couple of corporate events. The food has always been lovely and service has been good. I've been to two of the themed nights in the function room which have always been entertaining. I think this restaurant is always a safe place to eat and be satisfied that you've had a nice meal and good service.

Came here with my partner, food was below average not like it tries to dipict. The building does it more justice that what is inside.

Met by a bald man who obviously has some issues as he was getting angry as we looked at the menu - quite frankly rude.

Sat in the "bar" after as it was one of their nights and the staff when they were not going out to smoke every 5 mins were trying to rip me and my girlfriend off by charging different prices for the same drinks probabaly in an attempt to pocket any exrta change. They obviously made the assumtion that we must have been drunk but in actual fact were completely sober.

Don't go here to eat, better options within the city.

Very good good and service. Mind you a hot sunny day in October really helped. The chefs special of prawns and sea bass fillets works very well

Sat outside for nearly twenty minutes waiting for service. A waiter popped out but took no notice, so I left. Not the first time this has happened here. Bar One opposite was busy and staff were taking orders. I wonder which one is doing better business?
