Group of 8 of us stayed for a birthday weekend; the house fit the bill brilliantly. 10 minute walk from the station and town, 15 to beach, co-op round the corner, plenty of space to accommodate the group (much bigger than it looks), nice garden to chill in the sun and ample fridge space for a few beers ;)
Family home rented out, had a great time but show it some respect.
Really friendly owner..Susan.

I cannot recommend this house enough. From booking to check out, I cannot fault a single thing. The owner Susan couldn't have been more helpful, she was a pleasure to deal with. Situated in a great location, around a 10-15 min to the lanes and seafront. There is a handy co-op supermarket at the end of the road as well as a fab pub called Good Companions with a lovely beer garden. Highly recommend paying that a visit.
The house itself is beautiful. 4 decent sized bedrooms, one with an en suite. Large lounge with a really comfy sofa. Kitchen lovely and spacious with dining table and chairs. Little touches like coffee and various teas left for us. Cute garden with a picnic bench perfect for alfresco dining.
Overall a really beautiful cosy home perfect for a stay in Brighton. We will be booking again!
I would highly recommend this property, it's spacious, comfortable and within walking distance of the sea. Brighton centre is a short taxi ride or around a 25min walk. There are also some lovely restaurants within walking distance, many different cuisines to choose from.
Thank you Susan for a pleasurable stay and for being a wonderful host.
