I came here with my girlfriend on the 21st of March, and we were both struck at how well presented the place was. The building is eccentric and not that impressive from the outside, but inside, everything matches very stylishly, the colours are dark and sleek, the furniture matches - it's visually an amazing house on the inside. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into making it feel unique. We really liked it, and the terrace on top was great for a place to sit in the evening and drink beer! (And make friends with pigeons).
The service and response we got with the place was great, any question we had it was answered, and the welcome pack had all essential information needed. There were menus for ordering out, taxi numbers, all the things you could need when staying in an unfamiliar place! You get an option to change the bedsheets as well, which may help for those who find the silk ones make them hot very fast.
We did think the place is probably not big enough for more than two people - although the sofa bed can accommodate another two people, it would be pretty crowded, with not much space to ourselves with any more than just the two. And this has everything a couple could want to get into the mood ... ;) My girlfriend did feel bothered by the barbie dolls on the stairs, but otherwise loved everything else.
On top of this, Brighton itself is a great place to visit. The location of the house is a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, bars, launderette, and pier/fairground.
We would definitely be open to the ideal of coming back here again, the house is awesome, the service good, the location ideal.

We stayed here on 30th April. Costing £110 a night plus £30 cleaning fee. The service was amazing and very helpful through e-mails. Great having no keys and just a number to check in & out. The street is abit of a nightmare to park on so be careful not to get your car bashed, great having a £10 parking voucher. Great location right by st James street! The best thing I love about this house is the roof sun spot it's lovely to relax up there but I think they need to get a jacuzzi up there, now that I would pay extra for! The worse thing is it doesn't have any hair dryers? The house is very well done however the fridge door doesn't close property & I think there needs to be a separate locked cupboard for all the cleaning stuff rather then it all dumped in the washing cupboard looking a mess. Love the barbie dolls but what about a few action men too? I think the pictures should be hung on the walls rather then left on the floor. The bedroom & bathroom is amazing however there was nothing to really wash with like you get in normal places. The bath had an empty bottle on it, so I think the cleaner forgot to bin it... Just some old ted baker skin moisturiser & hand wash in the bathroom. That looked like someone had left it behind. For that money I feel there should be. The slik sheets make you very hot and sweaty. They need a full length mirror in this house, very frustrating two people getting ready in the tiny mirrors & you can't see fully what you look like. Maybe get one on the back of the door? The bedroom just feels a little seedy & we couldn't help but think of other people who had stayed in the bed... In the morning some light does come through the blinds i think they should also get some curtains to avoid this. Also the blinds were dusty. I also think loose a cupboard & get a mini dish washer. Check out is 11am sharp I think this is too early & should be until At least 1pm. I would defiantly stay here again if these small improvements were done. The shower is amazing! There is only enough room for two people to stay here & not 4 so be aware! No 2nd bedroom just a sofa in the middle of the lounge... Also it would be great to have lots of ice in the fridge for drinks! Loved the library and all the naughty games! Thanks for a great stay
The apartment is quirky but brilliant, very clean and modern, right near the main Brighton Pier, champagne and basic supplies were in the fridge and parking permits were provided at a delight extra cost.
The service was thoughtful and pleasant. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and will definitely stay there again.
