This restaurant uses fresh and locally sourced foods and is an absolute credit to the owners and staff who work there. We called in for a breakfast mid-morning and was met by 2 young very polite girls who showed us to our table with copies of today's paper placed on the adjoining seat, the hot beverage and breakfast were brought to us some time later on clean plates without a splash of grease or fat, it set us up for a shopping trip around the lanes and even contemplated going back early evening but sadly we were too far away by the end of the day. I would not hesitate in recommending Soup-urb to anyone and will definitely call again should we be back in that neck of the woods.

I have visited this establishment twice, and on both occasions have left disappointed! Staff too busy using the phone, chatting and eating. To pay attention to waiting customers who either want to be sat, order or pay. When we left today one table had been left un wiped for 25 minutes! Really let's down the concept and food. Please correct these issues so customers can enjoy their experience.

Lovely cafe with nice light interior. Very tasty soups, I had the cauliflower chorizo but they also do sandwiches, salads, brunch etc. Good selection of teapigs tea, propriety blend coffee, juices and old fashion soft drinks. Will certainly visit again.

After wandering around in Brighton for ages, we came across Soup-urb and gave it a try. We both really enjoyed the fresh soup, really tasty. We also treated ourselves to one of their home made cakes which were really nice, we both managed to polish off a big slab of cake each! The staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. If you like fresh food and something different from the usual Starbucks etc this is well worth a visit

After a good rumage through the lanes popping in and out of many quirky shops we found a place to chill out and take stock. Soup-urb had really friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and most importantly delicious food and drink.
