I only came in by chance. I was tired from walking round shops so fancied a quick coffee. I felt quite warm so opted for an iced latte which was really nice. Staff were really nice and service was quick. I wasn't hungry so I didn't try their food but good looked really nice.

Ordered 2 lattes. 1 normal. 1 soya, wet, extra hot. Staff member didn't know what 'wet' ment, so not a good start.Found seats upstairs & coffees duly arrived. The drinks were in glass cups without handles. They were both far to hot to pick up & drink the coffee. I went downstairs & asked for cups with handles. The coffee was then transferred from glass to cups with the aid of several napkins & much spillage !!! The normal latte was then palatable but the soya was tepid & so not drunk. The waitress asked if 'everything was ok'. When I asked her why was the lattes served in glass mugs she began to leature me by saying ' all lattes are served in glass cups' Correct... but they all have a handles on them !!! When I pointed this out to her, she replied she was from NZ & that's how they serve them there. Well this is England & we like handles when drinking hot beverages. Thankyou

Good coffee, fantastic food. Went in today and had a smashed avacado on sour dough toast, it looked like a piece of artwork and tasted fantastic:-)

Great location. Cakes lovely. Coffee tasty. Service? Well. A bit meh. Coffee arrived but was liberally splashed around. Languidly wristed waiter didn't seem to think this was worth dwelling on. Helpful fellow breakfast eater at next table silently passed some napkins. Thanks. My partner's bacon roll burnt to crisp but I still ate it. Still quite tasty.
