“Horrid cake”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

Only stopped for an Earl Grey tea and a tea time snack. The tea was good made in a heavy metal teapot with tea leaves rather than tea bags. We also had a large biscuit made with nuts and chocolate drops which was not cheap but was ok. My wife ha what was like a large angel cake with what looked like a large swirl of coffee flavoured patisserie creme on top. It turned out to be a really dry cake with a sickly fatty topping. She struggled through half of it because she was hungry - but we won't risk eating there again.

“Looks good, bit pricy!”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

Brighton Dome is well worth a visit since it has been done up. There are plenty of diverse and interesting acts appearing on stage - we last saw a dance show featuring Buddhist monks and an Anthony Gormley set - and v good it was too - but you also get all sorts of music, comedy, dance and err other shows! Nice bar, but it gets crowded and there are often queues for the loos. (Go upstairs where i've never seen a queue.) lots of community shows too, which is good

“Great venue”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

Visited here a few times and love the atmosphere. The inside is a good size, not too big but not too small. Great venue for concerts.

“Beautiful place, worth a visit”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

Originally the riding stable to the Royal Pavilion it is now a fantastic venue for concerts, comedians and also has the museum. Really beautiful venue and also has a great selection of cakes, teas, coffees and drinks. Not the cheapest but just lovely place to sit and chill.

“Excellent venue”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

A large venue with roomy, comfortable seating. Two bars, which do tend to get very busy during interval.
