“Great food”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

Great food, good service, value for money. Went there twice - once for lunch and once for breakfast. Lunch at the carvery was good. The breakfast buffet was good with the exception of the fried eggs which were left to keep warm under a lamp. This may be OK with scrambled eggs but the fried eggs were solid & rubbery and should be cooked to order. Overall a good experience for an inexpensive meal.

“No Smiles!”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

Have been here a few times before today and generally it has been very good.

Unfortunately the staff working today seemed miserable and unprofessional. The server of the food never looked at us, never smiled and never said anything and seemed totally unsuited to a job dealing with the general public. Our desert was served by an equally miserable waitress who just said " Did you order this desert" She just put it on our table and walked off!

The food itself was fine.....shame about the staff!
