Having stayed here on more than one occasion, this has to be the best B&B in Brighton or anywhere for that matter - great location - excellent themed rooms - hearty breakfast and friendly staff - Steven is a wonderfull proprietor - stay there and enjoy Brighton even more.

Stayed last week with my boyfriend in room 7 which was large with a big bed, smallish bathroom which was spotless, and lots nice bits and pieces in the rooms. They obviously have thought about the place because there is lots of artwork and decorative bits and pieces around. Breakfast was lovely as is the breakfast room which was pretty and quirky. Service was friendly and we did not have any problems. We'd come back definitely, as it is a great little B&B.

Great breakfast and as much tea and coffee etc. as you want to take to your room. You get a key to get back in to retrieve left luggage and can use toilet on first floor. Very comfortable room on the top with good facilities. Very clean and convenient for the beach and town centre.
